План урока английского языка по теме «Предсказания»


Предмет : английский язык, 7 класс

Тип урока : урок «открытия» новых знаний

Деятельностная цель урока :  реализация творческого потенциала обучающегося, навыков аудирования и устной речи

Методы обучения : словесные, стимулирования учебной деятельности

Содержательная цель : создание условий для отработки навыков и умений в чтении, навык работы в паре и группе, формирование навыков чтения слов и предложений по теме

Методы обучения : словесные, стимулирования учебной деятельности

Формы обучения : индивидуальная, групповая(работа в парах)

Приёмы обучения : беседа, рефлексия


- способствовать развитию коммуникативных навыков обучающихся (работа в парах и группах);

- научить способам и формам представления изученного материала в различных видах деятельности

Ожидаемые результаты:

- развитие коммуникативных навыков обучающихся: совершенствование диалогической и монологической речи)

- изучение лексики по теме;

- владение видовременными формами глаголов в изучаемых будущих временах и грамматических конструкциях;

- развитие самостоятельности обучающихся в работе в группах;

- формирование уважительного отношения к культуре страны изучаемого языка.

Оборудование урока :  компьютер, мультимедиапроектор


План  урока:

1. Организационный этап .

Hello, children. How are you? Hope, you’re fine. I’m ok, thanks. What date is it today? Who is absent?

Let’s start with the warming up. Look at the board and repeat please:

sound [ ]: sh uttle,  shelf,  shocked,  short

sound [ t ]: t raffic, dir ty,  talk, pollu te

and sound [ ]:  c omputer, c onnect, rob otic, pr otect

Ok, thank you. Now your task is to make possible word combinations using these words: e.g. He was  shocked. Our town is  dirty. We must  protect the Earth. ….


2. Постановка целей и задач урока . Мотивация учебной деятельности обучающихся.

So, look at the board. What are we going to talk about today? Right you are: about predictions. A prediction. What is it? Yes, it’s something that will happen in the future and we can predict or forecast it. We are going to talk about predictions and ways of expressing the future.

3.  Актуализация   знаний .

Let’s work in groups. Look at the board and find out the information about these grammar tenses / constructions. I’ll give you five minutes.

So, the first group: (Future Simple: 1. on-the-spot decision:  e.g. It’s hot in here. I will open the window. 2. Predictions about the future based on what we think or imagine:  e.g. I think people will travel to the moon.)

The second group: (To Be Going to + Infinitive: 1. Plans and intentions for the future:

e.g.  I am going to be a medical student when I finish school. 2. Predictions about the future based on real facts we can see:  e.g. It’s cloudy. It is going to rain tonight.)

The third group: (Present Continuous: 1. Fixed plans for the nearest future: e.g. They are going on holiday next week.)

The forth group: (First Conditional : Real or very probable situations in the present or future:  e.g. If you study hard, you will pass the exams. If we get a robotic housemaid, we won’t do any housework.)


So, share the facts you learnt with us.

4.  Первичное   усвоение   новых   знаний .

Now you are to do the exercise on the board: look and match.



1. I like these shoes.  I’ll buy them

a)  predictions about the future based on what we think or imagine

2.  I’m going to open my own business in the future.

b)  plans and intentions for the future

3. Look at them! They  are going to catch the thieves.

c)  on-the-spot decision

4. I ’m having lunch with Jane tomorrow.

d)  fixed plans for the nearest future

5. I believe computers won’t replace teachers in the future.

e) predictions about the future based on real facts we can see


Are you ready? Let’s check: (1 – c, 2 – b, 3 – e, 4 – d, 5 – a).

5. I think you’re tired. Stand up please. Listen to the song and move. Sit down.

6.  Первичная   проверка   понимания . Now we are going to work in pairs. Look at the board and choose the correct answer. Then exchange your copybooks and check your partner’s paper. Give him a mark please.

Exercise 1: Choose the right option.

1. I believe  we’ll have /  ’re going to have flying cars. (we’ll have )

2. I’ ll fly /  ’m flying to London tomorrow. (I’m fying)

3. Now that I’ve got the money I’ m  buying ’m going to buy a digital camera. (I’m going to buy)

4. Look! He’s in front! He’ s  going to /  ’ll win the race. (He’s going to)

5. I like this laptop! I’ m  buying / ’ll buy it. (I’ll buy)


Exercise 2: Rewrite correctly. Change the words or phrases in bold.

1. Life  is probably  going to change for the better in 2100. (Life will probably change…)

2. I’ ll  take a plane to St Petersburg tomorrow morning. (I’m taking a plane…)

3. I’m hungry. I’ m  cooking something to eat. (I will cook…)

4. Look at the sky! It’ ll  rain. (It is going to rain.)

5. I’m sure teachers  are never  going to stop teaching students. (I’m sure teachers will never stop…)


Ok, now let’s check and then you are to tell me your marks.

7. Первичное закрепление.

It was great! Now, discuss with your partner the following ideas:

1. If it doesn’t rain, we ………………………………... . (will go out)

2. If..……………………..................... …I will succeed. (I work hard)

3. ………………………………........ if he plays sports. (He will be stronger)

4. When I go to Spain, I ………………………… . (I will go sightseeing)

5. I will buy an e-book device if …………………….. . (I have enough money)

6. If my mum comes home early, she …………. …….. (will have a rest)

7. ……………………….. ……..if people use flying cars. (There won’t be traffic jams)

8. If you are rich, you ………………………………… (will buy anything you like)



Thank you. And the last one: Complete the sentences by changing the form of the word in capitals when this is necessary. I should pay your attention that this kind of exercise is very useful because you’re going to have such kind of tasks when passing State National Exams.

1. How many means of ………(communicate) do you use on a regular basis? ( communication)

2. When Jill was at ……. (second) school she used to dream of being a DJ on local radio. ( secondary)

3. You have to have a sense of …….. ( humour) to work on children’s TV! (humour)

4. There is a …….. (write) rule on tabloid newspapers that the truth always takes second place to a good story. ( written)

7. Информация о домашнем задании и инструктаж по его выполнению

. Open your school diaries. Your home task will be to make predictions about the future based on what you think and on real facts. e.g. I think cars will fly. Look at the dog! It’s going to swim across the river. You are to write down 10 examples.

8. Рефлексия .

So tell me please.. Finish the sentences.
